Tutorial: Effie Trinket Catching Fire Portrait

Hi, so this is a requested Effie Trinket look, based on her portrait for Catching Fire - the second movie in the Hunger Games trilogy.

I didn't have exactly what I needed to be able to do this look 100% accurately, plus I always like to put my own spin on things, so this is inspired by, not exact.

The main differences to note are that I do not own paperself lashes, which I am very confident she is wearing, so the lashes are not exact. In the video I try two different kinds, with the second being a lot better, so if you don't have paperself lashes either, hopefully what I used gives you some alternative options. The other difference is that her 'blusher' is just applied messily, whereas mine is more of a dramatic contour. This is just personal preference, you can apply your makeup as she has hers, or opt for something like I did.
